Capt Santosh Korada is a Military Veteran. He was commissioned into The Regiment of Artillery as a gunner officer and has seen active operations. His passion is to create and establish the right mix of tech. automation systems, people processes and people hearts which becomes a winning force. He excels in his ability to keep the needs and objectives of the organization top of mind while still remaining a strong advocate for the team, company culture and strategic HR initiatives.
He has led the Human Resources and Business Administration functions in Start-ups and matured process-oriented Industry segments like – Chemical & Fertilizer, Building Materials, Healthcare & Life science, Cold Chain, Industrial Warehouses, Services industry, Defense & Government.
He has a unique background of serving two of the finest Organizations (Indian Army and
TATA group) before foraying into the unique landscape of start-ups and MSMEs.
He enjoys travelling and is a sports enthusiast.
