Capt Santosh Korada is a Military Veteran. He was commissioned into The Regiment of Artillery as a gunner officer and has seen active operations. His passion is to create and establish the right mix of tech. automation systems, people processes and people hearts which becomes a winning force. He excels in his ability to keep the needs and objectives of the organization top of mind while still remaining a strong advocate for the team, company culture and strategic HR initiatives.
He has led the Human Resources and Business Administration functions in Start-ups and matured process-oriented Industry segments like – Chemical & Fertilizer, Building Materials, Healthcare & Life science, Cold Chain, Industrial Warehouses, Services industry, Defense & Government.
He has a unique background of serving two of the finest Organizations (Indian Army and
TATA group) before foraying into the unique landscape of start-ups and MSMEs.
He enjoys travelling and is a sports enthusiast.
Dr. Vandana Dubey holds a doctorate in strategic human resource management. Her research work focused on understanding the impact of human capital management on organizational performance. She is also a certified PoSH Enabler. She is passionate about assisting businesses in developing a strong HR management system to achieve higher productivity, improved employee performance and progressive organizational culture.
She has extensive experience in business advisory, training, research and academia at the national and international level. She is also a visiting faculty member at the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Noida, which is part of the Symbiosis International (Deemed University, Pune). She has been invited as a Resource Person by The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, Noida, and All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi.
