Capt Santosh Korada is a Military Veteran. He was commissioned into The Regiment of Artillery as a gunner officer and has seen active operations. His passion is to create and establish the right mix of tech. automation systems, people processes and people hearts which becomes a winning force. He excels in his ability to keep the needs and objectives of the organization top of mind while still remaining a strong advocate for the team, company culture and strategic HR initiatives.
He has led the Human Resources and Business Administration functions in Start-ups and matured process-oriented Industry segments like – Chemical & Fertilizer, Building Materials, Healthcare & Life science, Cold Chain, Industrial Warehouses, Services industry, Defense & Government.
He has a unique background of serving two of the finest Organizations (Indian Army and
TATA group) before foraying into the unique landscape of start-ups and MSMEs.
He enjoys travelling and is a sports enthusiast.
Dr. Vandana Dubey holds a doctorate in strategic human resource management. Her research work focused on understanding the impact of human capital management on organisational performance.
She is passionate about helping businesses in building a robust HR management system to achieve higher productivity, improved employee performance and progressive organisational culture.
She has worked in the field of business advisory, research and academia at national and international level. She is also affiliated as visiting faculty with Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (Noida). She has also been invited as a resource person by NIESBUD (Noida), AIIA (New Delhi) etc.
